John David OBE, TD, FCA. Died on Tuesday 19th November 2019 aged 86, after a long illness borne with great fortitude. He will be sorely missed by his beloved wife Jill, devoted children Giles, David, William, Alix and Lizzie, 12 grandchildren and extended family and friends. A Service will take place at All Saints’ Church, Berkhamsted HP4 3HY at 11.45 a.m. on Monday 16th December. Family flowers only.
