died peacefully at home on 18th March aged 85. Much loved father of Valentine and Samantha, father-in-law to Evelyne and grandfather. Private family funeral. Burial of ashes at Curraghmore, Ireland and memorial at the Guards' Chapel on dates to be confirmed.
