Died peacefully on the morning of Friday 27 March aged 62. Much loved wife of Stephen Houghton and kind sister of Jane Gould. She will be so much missed by all her friends and colleagues at Newcastle Hospitals, her neighbours and many others who benefitted from her generosity, knowledge and wisdom. A memorial service will be arranged when circumstances allow. Rest in peace Kate. We will always love you.
