Carl Tasch, 87, passed away peacefully on February 29th 2020 at home in Verona, NJ.
Born in Brooklyn, NY and grew up in Newark, NJ where he graduated from Weequahic H.S. He later earned his diploma from CUNY, the first generation of his family to do so.
Carl lived with his growing family in West Orange NJ and Palm Beach Gardens FL. Hardworking and devoted, he was president of the family business Siegmeister Sales and Service for over 50 years.
Carl was a beloved husband, son, brother, father, grandfather and friend. He touched many lives with his charm and sense of humor. He is survived by his wife Linda of 64 years, his children Elise (Richard), Ira (Julia), Karen, Howard (Janet) and his 8 grandchildren.
Carl lived a life full of passions from music and travel, to food and art. He played the saxophone, and enjoyed the simple things like sitting on the beach. Above all else, Carl was a family man. He truly loved every moment spent together. His family will cherish the memories they shared with him, and the lessons they learned from him.
Carl will be greatly missed and will remain in our hearts forever.
