Bruce M. Howe, 75, of Manchester, N.J., died Saturday March 21, 2020 at Community Medical Center, Toms River, N.J.
Born in Elizabeth, N.J., he was a lifelong resident of Linden, N.J., before moving to Manchester in 2011.
He proudly served as a paratrooper in the Army's 101 Airborne Division from 1962-1965. A Rutgers University graduate with a BS in Economics, he was an avid Rutgers University football fan. He worked as an insurance agent for 35 years before retiring in 2006 from Professional Insurance Associates in Carlstadt, N.J.
He enjoyed golfing, reading, swimming and exercising in the community pool at Del Web and enjoyed watching British TV Shows.
Surviving are his wife of 49 years, Patricia (Bajor); daughter Denise Clark and husband Stephen and step-granddaughter Madison of Walpole, Mass.; son Edward of Manchester; brother, William and his wife, Carole of Berkeley Heights. N.J.
