JEBSEN, Carol (Ponton) Carol (Ponton) Jebsen most recently of Yantis, Texas passed away peacefully with her family at her side on February 23,2020. Born in Pampa, Texas on July 11, 1940 to Aubrey and Zena Ponton. Waiting for her arrival are her parents and sisters Mary & Gail and nephew Chad. Surviving family include her husband of nearly 55 years Dennis Eddie Jebsen and Gregory & Anni Jebsen of Arlington, Texas and Scot and Tammy Jebsen of Rockwall, Texas. Grandchildren: Benjamin, Bridgett, Derek, Julia and Adam and numerous nieces and nephews. An accomplished and artistic lady who enjoyed creating beauty either in jewelry, stained glass, or in the garden. For many years she was a member of the Forney Methodist Church where she enjoyed helping with the annual bizarre and the Disciples Sunday school class. She led a full life, inspired many and enjoyed many adventures along the way. What she prized most of all though was the time spent with her many friends and family that she now watches over. Her celebration of life ceremony will occur on March 28 at 11:00 at Forney First United Methodist Church with a lunch to follow in the family life center.
