Suddenly on Sunday, February 16, 2020, Arthur Spriggs, Jr. departed this life. He is survived by his devoted wife, Lorraine Spriggs; one son, Arthur R. Spriggs, III; mother, Hazel Spriggs; three brothers, Reginald, Barry and Terry Spriggs and a host of other relatives and many friends.
