WAGNER, Barbra "Bobbie Jo" Jo 69, went to heaven on December 30, 2019, in Wylie TX. She was born January 21, 1950, to Willard and Mary Bish in New Orleans, LA. She is survived by husband Gary Wagner, daughter Erika Winslow and husband Jeff of Beaumont, TX, son Brian Wagner and wife April of Plano, TX, granddaughters Bella and Violette Winslow, grandsons D.C., Alexander and Gabriel Wagner, brother Tom Bish and wife Julia, and brother Bradley Bish and wife Linda. The service to celebrate the life of Barbra Jo Wagner will be held on Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at 2:00 pm her 70th birthday, at First United Methodist Church of Richardson, 503 N Central Expy, Richardson, TX 75080.
