Antonia "Ann" R. Bergman of Berkeley Heights, N.J., passed away on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2019, at the age of 96.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass on Friday, Jan. 3, 2020, at Our Lady of Peace Church, 111 South St., New Providence, N.J., at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private. Antonia was born in Jersey City, N.J., to Louise (nee Scarpa) and Anthony DeMarco. She lived most of her life in Jersey City, before moving to Berkeley Heights 20 years ago. She was an assembly line worker at Western Electric until her retirement. She was very family oriented and especially loved cooking meals for her family.
Antonia is survived by her loving children, Lillian (Karl) Stockerl, Howard (Chris) Bergman, Wayne (Jeanette) Bergman, and Kim (George) Kloepping, and her cherished grandchildren, Alyce, Krista, Heather, Adam, Stephanie, Erik, Michael and Natalie. Antonia was predeceased by her beloved husband, Howard Bergman, and her six siblings.
