Brave role model for her family and others
Beatrice A. Roth passed away on Nov. 12, 2019.
She is survived by her best friend and husband, Karl Roth. She was the mother of Jill (Scott) and Jodi (Adam) Roth-Saks; sister of Don (Janet) Strauss and Ellen (Howard) Koval. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Born on April 4, 1947, she spent her childhood in Teaneck, N.J. She raised her family alongside her husband in Parsippany, N.J., and later moved to Cherry Hill, N.J.
When diagnosed with breast cancer on New Year's Eve 2011, she went out dancing to celebrate her life. She remained a brave role model not only to her family but provided strength to other patients alongside her. She believed one person could change the world and the world will not be the same without her.
Relatives and friends are invited Thursday beginning at 11:30 a.m. to Platt Memorial Chapels, Inc., 2001 Berlin Rd., Cherry Hill, where funeral services will begin promptly at 12 noon. Interment is at Crescent Mem. Park, Pennsauken, NJ.
