A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2019, at 10 a.m. at the Nesbitt Funeral Home, 165 Madison Ave., Elizabeth. Visitation is 9 a.m. until time of service.
Mrs. Shipman leaves a loving family and dear friends to cherish her memory.
