MITCHELL, Bob Bob Mitchell died at 12:45 am on Thursday October 17 at his home in Turtle Creek North. He was born in Dallas and graduated from Highland Park High School and SMU. His career was in the hospitality business. In the 70's he was executive director of the Dallas Convention and Visitors Bureau. He later worked as a director of sales for Fairmont Hotels and retired as director of sales for the southeastern U.S. for Four Seasons Hotels. He is survived by his children Kevin Mitchell and wife Katie of San Jose, CA, Gwynne Shillings of College Station, TX, son Stewart Mitchell of Los Angeles, CA, his former wife Nan of College Station, and four grandchildren Brian, Suzanne, Sarah, and Christine.
