Armando H. Sabló, 87, of Selma, Texas, peacefully passed away on Oct. 6, 2019.
Armando was born on May 8, 1932, to Horacio and Ivy Sablo' in Colon, Panama. Armando moved to the U.S. in 1954, and proudly held a dual citizenship in Panama and the U.S.
He was hired by Citibank and was the operations manager for Citi's lower Manhattan region. He and his family moved from Brooklyn, N.Y., to Marlboro, N.J. After 33 years at Citibank, Armando retired in Florida and later relocated to Texas.
He was blessed to have had three beautiful women in his life. To his union with Viodelda, their son, Armando Jr. was born; years later he married Nelly, and to this union were born Jessica and Ursula. After Nelly's passing, Armando married Cecilia Ross.
Armando is survived by his loving children: son, Armando Jr. (Leticia); daughter, Jessica (Russell) Bennett and daughter, Ursula Gonzalez; grandchildren, April (Stephen) Dimando, Alyssa (Frankie) Cruz, Angelica (Austin) Hemm, Alana and Aja Bennett; great-grandchildren, Adalynn and Austyn Dimando, Arielle and Abram Cruz and one bundle of joy on the way.
He was preceded in death by wives, Nelly and Cecilia; sister, Vilma Williams; father, Horacio and mother, Ivy.
Memorial services will be held on Sunday, Oct. 20 at 11 a.m. at the Waitt Funeral Home, Morganville, N.J. Burial will take place in the St. Gabriel's Cemetery.
