Andy Reginald Wingate Sr.
Andy Reginald Wingate Sr. made his transition on Sept. 29, 2019.
He was the beloved father of Twyla Minor, Verdia Wingate and Andy Wingate Jr.; cherished grandfather of three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. He is also survived by a host of relatives and friends.
A celebration of Andy's life will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 8, at Whigham Funeral Home, 580 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J. Visitation will be held Monday from 4 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home. Interment is private.
