Barbara A. Isselin, 77, of Belleville, N.J., passed away Friday, Sept. 27, 2019.
Barbara is survived by her husband, William; sons, William and his wife, Lori, Michael and his wife, Debbie; brothers, Eddie and Joseph Phelan; sisters, Dolly Funicelli and Mary Freda; grandchildren, Michael, Andrew, Jonathan, Ashley, Casey, Michael, and John.
She was predeceased by her parents, George and Frances (nee Beard) Phelan; daughter, Debra, and brother, George Phelan Jr.
Memorial visitations will be Monday from 5 to 8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m., at the Megaro Memorial Home, 503 Union Ave., Belleville (megaromemorialhome.com). Services will be Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. in the funeral home.
