Angel Lee Herbert of Montclair, N.J., peacefully passed away on Sept. 16, 2019.
Visitation will be on Monday, Sept. 23, from 10 to 11 a.m. at the St. Paul Baptist Church, 119 Elm Street, Montclair, N.J., followed by the funeral services at 11 a.m. Interment will be in Rosedale Cemetery in Montclair. Arrangements are by Woody "Home For Services" in Orange, N.J.
Born in Clearwater, Fla., Angel resided in Montclair for over 35 years. She retired in 2016 from Montclair State University, where she was employed for 42 years. She was the beloved mother of Kimberly Smith, Wylie S. III, and Kyle Herbert and is also survived by two grandchildren, three great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
