Stephen John NEIL of Emsworth died peacefully in his sleep after a long illness. Beloved husband of Susie and much loved father of Katie and Ian. A cremation service to celebrate his life will be held at The Oaks, Havant, Hampshire, PO9 5NA on Monday 12 August at 2.30 pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired to Parkinson's UK or RNLI.
