Richard Charles died peacefully on 3rd May 2019, aged 77. Husband of the late Lyn. A much loved father, grandfather, a dearly loved partner of Jean and respected friend to many. He will be sadly missed. A Service of Thanksgiving at St Mary's Church, Charlbury, on Tuesday 28th May at 1 p.m. Family flowers only.
