Judith Marion,much loved daughter of the late Tom and Gladys Arter of Barham,Kent,and sister to Shirley,Tom and Cliff,passed away peacefully on February 2nd. 2019 in Kelowna General Hospital,B.C., Canada,aged 76.Cremation has taken place in Kelowna.A celebration of her life will be held at a later date.Donations,if desired,to Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres.
