Avon left this world for a better one 08/08/2019 at the age of 92. Civil Rights activist with Henry, she participated in sit-ins and marches. Her desire for social justice led to her MBA and being a social worker at Vocational Rehabilitation where she worked with deaf clients. She was an elder at Riviera Presbyterian Church. This brilliant, funny woman will be missed. In lieu of flowers just be kind to each other.
