MARINO, Beatrice Marie Beatrice Marie Marino, age 87 of Dallas, a Neiman Marcus retiree, and beloved mother and grandmother, entered into the eternal kingdom of heaven August 19, 2019. She was born in Bryan, Texas to Frank and Bennie Cash on July 31, 1932. Beatrice "Bea" grew up in Bryan and lived there until she graduated from high school, and married the love of her life, Joe A. Marino of Dallas. The couple married on June 25, 1950 at Saint Anthony's Catholic Church in Bryan, and moved to Dallas. After settling in Dallas and starting a family, Bea went to work for Neiman Marcus. She enjoyed a legendary career in cosmetics spanning nearly forty years. Bea started her career in 1956 working at Neiman's first suburban store located in Preston Center which was later relocated in 1965 to the newly developed North Park Mall. Bea played an important role in the early growth and development of the cosmetic department at Neiman's. She met and worked alongside numerous cosmetic line executives, designers, and celebrities who came to Neiman Marcus to promote their products. Her big personality, natural beauty, and timeless flair for fashion was widely admired by many. After her retirement, Bea became involved with various civic and religious organizations. She was a member of Catholic Daughters of America, and supported various Catholic Charities. Bea had an extraordinary love for her grandchildren, and was involved in all aspects of their lives. She wore the title of "Grandmother" most proudly of all her titles in life. Bea was a devout catholic, and led an exemplary Christian life. She will be dearly missed, and always remembered as a beautiful person both physically and spiritually, who gave her unconditional love and support to her family and friends. Bea is preceded in death by her husband, Joe A. Marino; parents, Frank and Bennie Cash; and grandson, Mark Anthony Marino. She is survived by her sons, Michael Marino and his wife Janis; Frank Marino and his wife Monica; Thomas Marino and his wife Angie; brother, Barney Cash; grandchildren, Paul Marino and his wife April; Dr. Amy Marino and her husband Thomas Stallings; Andrea Marino, Christina Marino, and Joseph Marino; great grandchildren, Ethan Stallings and Greyson Marino. Visitation will be 6:00 p.m.-7:30 p.m. with the recitation of Rosary at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, August 22, 2019 at the Northwest Highway Chapel at Sparkman Hillcrest Funeral Home, 7405 W. Northwest Highway, Dallas, Texas 75225. Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday at 10:00 a.m. at St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church, 6306 Kenwood Ave., Dallas, Texas 75214. Entombment will follow at Calvary Hill Mausoleum. Memorials may be made to St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic Church.
