PEARLMAN, Aaron Saul Aaron Saul Pearlman (86) passed away April 17, 2019 after a brief battle with Lymphoma. He was surrounded by his loving family including his wife of 65 years, Jeneane Gartner Pearlman. Aaron was preceded in death by his parents Morris and Gertrude Pearlman and his siblings; Beatrice Alexander, Pearlie Leshin and Bernard Pearlman. He is survived by sons; Gregg G. Pearlman (Lynn), Stuart J. Pearlman (Kimberly) and Randall M. Pearlman (Jon Schweikard). "Poppo" will be deeply missed by his grandchildren; Elias Pearlman, Justin Pearlman (Kelly), Stephanie Pearlman, Alexandra Pearlman, Adam Pearlman and Kenny Day. Aaron was born October 10, 1932 in Palestine, Texas. Aaron and Jeneane were high school sweethearts in Houston and attended the UT in Austin together. They married November 22, 1953. Aaron received his BA and MBA in Business and Communications. He was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu Fraternity and won the Outstanding Advertising Student Award from Brennan Advertising. After graduation Aaron joined the US Army and they moved to Augusta, GA. In 1956 they moved to Dallas where Aaron began his advertising career at The Bloom Agency. He retired as Vice Chairman in 1982. In 1983 he created Glad Tidings Invitations. Aaron served as Chairman and Vice Chairman for 19 years for the Vogel Alcove Arts Performance events, on the board of the Jewish Federation of Dallas and was Chairman of the Pacesetter Dinner for many years. He also served on the board of the Visiting Nurses Association. Aaron and Jeneane shared many interests including travel, theater and weekly duplicate bridge. Their symbiotic relationship transcended everything they did together and was inspiring to everyone their lives touched. More than anything, Aaron found happiness, pride and love in his wife, his children and his grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held in Stern Chapel at Temple Emanu-El on April 22, 2019 at 1pm. The family will receive condolences beginning 5:30 pm at The Bonaventure.
