MAREK, JR., Bobby Joe Bobby Joe Marek, Jr., age 51, a resident of Allen, Texas, passed away on March 10, 2019. Bobby was a 20-year resident of Allen where all 3 of his children graduated from AHS. Golf, Rangers baseball, fishing, Allen Eagles football, the beach at Destin, the local friends' hangoutall brought joy and good times to Bobby. And in turn, he brought joy to the family and friends with whom he shared those good times. Bobby attended the University of Texas in Austin, and worked for the last 35 years in many facets of the hospitality/restaurant industryfrom server to corporate management. He was loved and admired by those with whom he worked, and was respected for his amazing work ethic. "Early is on time, and on time is late" he would always say. Remaining to celebrate his legacy are his wife, Amy DeWitt Marek; children, Chelsea Marek, Cydney Marek and Bobby Joe Marek III; parents, Suzanne Larson, Ray Bensley, Bobby Marek Sr., and Brenda Marek; brothers, Jeffrey Marek and Jeff Watson; grandmother, Donna Blakley "Gram"; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, in-laws, friends and co-workers.Bobby touched so many lives and will be missed by all he knew and will never get to know.
