FOSTER, Dorothy Skinner Oct. 31, 1932 April 1, 2019. Born and raised in El Paso, Texas, she graduated with honors from Texas Western, now UTEP, and soon joined her husband, Dr. Daniel W. Foster in Dallas, where she attended Perkins Seminary and taught school before devoting herself to raising her family. She was a longtime and active member of First Presbyterian Church-Dallas. A loving wife and devoted mother and grandmother, her incomparable personality and wit and unswerving support will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her sons Daniel, Mike, and Chris, and grandson John. Celebration of Life Service April 27 2:00pm at First Presbyterian Church-Dallas.
