Angela F. Meehan
Mass is on Monday for centenarian and great-grandmother
Angela F. Meehan (nee Masters) passed away on March 7, 2019. She was 100 years of age.
Visiting will be on Sunday, March 10, from 4 until 8 p.m. at the Armitage Wiggins Funeral Home, 596 Belgrove Dr., Kearny, N.J. Mass is Monday at 11:15 a.m. in Queen of Peace Church, and entombment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery.
Angela was the former wife of the late Vincent Meehan; mother of Maureen Fitzhenry (the late Jack), and grandmother of Brian Fitzhenry (Donna), Jeffrey Fitzhenry and Beth Anne Fylak (Greg). Also surviving are eight great-grandchildren.
Angela was a retired accounting clerk for General Instrument. She was a member of The Happy Seniors and The VFW Woman's Auxiliary, both in North Arlington, N.J. She currently enjoyed her work at The Spruce Terrace.
