A celebration of his life will be held on Thursday, June 27, at 11 a.m. at the Nesbitt Funeral Home, 165 Madison Ave., Elizabeth, N.J. Visitation is from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Mr. McNeill leaves a loving family and dear friends.
