Dental hygienist, loved to read, shop, and spend time with family
Bonnie Lyn Gajdzisz, 59, passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2019, at her home in Scotch Plains, N.J., surrounded by her family. Born in Elizabeth, N.J., she had been a longtime resident of Scotch Plains.
Bonnie went to dental hygiene school at the University of Pennsylvania, and worked as a dental hygienist for Dr. Alfred DiFiore, and with Dr. Thaller in Westfield, N.J. When not working, Bonnie loved to read, shop, but most of all she enjoyed spending time with her family.
Bonnie was predeceased by her father, Walter Hageman who died in 2018. She is survived by her beloved husband, John Gajdzisz; her children, Kelly and Ryan; six nieces and nephews; her mother, Shirley Hageman; sisters, Wendy Sullivan and Trish Brown, and her husband, Peter.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, June 29 at 11 a.m. at the First United Methodist Church, 1171 Terrill Rd., Scotch Plains. Private burial will take place at Fairview Cemetery in Westfield. For additional information or to sign the guestbook, please visit fanwoodmemorial.com.
