Anna Karaman Chabak, 82, of Linden, N.J., entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 25, 2019, surrounded by her loving children.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral on Wednesday, May 29, at 9 a.m. from the Leonard-Lee Funeral Home, 301 E. Blancke Street, Linden. The Funeral Mass will be offered in St. Elizabeth Church at 10 a.m. Interment is at Rosedale Memorial Park, Linden. Visiting hours are on Tuesday from 4 to 8 p.m. Please visit leonardleefh.com.
Anna was born and raised in Elizabeth before moving to Linden in 1942. She was a homemaker.
Anna was the loving wife to the late Andrew E. Chabak Sr., who passed away in 2018. She was the loving mother to Andrew E. Jr., Robert Sr. and his wife, Lisa; Nancy Chabak, and Joanne Goncalves and her husband, Jack; sister to Helen Bast and her husband, Frank; and cherished grandmother to Christopher Goncalves and his wife, Erika; Robert Jr., Nicole, Christina and Annie Chabak.
In lieu of flowers, donation to the Center for Hope Hospice, 1900 Raritan Rd., Scotch Plains, N.J. 07076 in her name would be appreciated.
