Annette Banks, age 78, made her transition on Feb. 24, 2019.
Born in Newark, N.J., she was a resident of Irvington, N.J., and a former resident of Newark, N.J. A member of Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, Annette was the beloved daughter of Alice Hinson and late Theodore Hinson.
A celebration of her life will be held Saturday at 9:45 a.m. at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church, 198 Chadwick Ave., Newark, N.J. Interment is in Evergreen Cemetery, Hillside, N.J. Visitation is on Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the church. Arrangements are by Whigham Funeral Home.
