Beloved father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, died peacefully, surrounded by loved ones on July 27, 2019. A memorial service will be held on Monday, August 12, 2019, at 11 a.m. at St. Alban's Episcopal Church, 6800 Columbia Pike, Annandale, VA 22003.
