Dr. Albert E. Brandenstein  
Passed away peacefully in his home on Sunday February 24, 2019 surrounded by his family. Al was a loving husband to June, devoted father to Margaret and AJ and proud grandfather to four beautiful grandchildren. Al deeply loved God, his country and his family. He last served as Chief Scientist for the ONDCP within the Office of the President. A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, March 5, 2019 at St. John Neumann Catholic Church in Reston, VA.
