LEWENBERG--Adam, M.D, beloved husband of Sonia, father of Ron and Ilana (Alec), and brother to Esther, and Yael passed away on Tuesday. He was an innovator and pioneer in addiction treatment, pain management, hair regrowth, and cosmetic medicine. Dr. Lewenberg was a Holocaust survivor, partisan, physician and naval officer in the IDF. Services to be held at 10am at Riverside Memorial Chapel on February 28.
