Allison E. (Boyle) Smith
1970 ~ 2019
Allison E. Smith peacefully passed away Jan. 7, 2019, as a result of liver failure. She was born in Salt Lake City on Dec. 20, 1970 to Robert and Diana Boyle. She married Zach Smith in 1998. Although divorced, they remained close.
Allison graduated from SLCC and was proud of the years she served her patients at Utah Cancer Specialists. She was also proud of, and dearly loved her children, Alex Boyle and McKayla Smith.
She had a way of making people feel welcomed, making a friend from a stranger and making those around her laugh with a limitless sense of humor.
Allison was preceded in death by her mother, and is survived by her children, brothers Rob and Ryan, and stepsister Cody Duke, aunts and cousins, as well as her father, and stepmother Dixie Boyle.
Special thanks for the care she received from the staff at Alta View Hospital.
A Memorial Mass will be held at St. Vincent Catholic Church at 1385 E. Spring Lane (5150 S.) on Jan. 17 at 11:00 a.m.
