STRANGI, Albert Albert "Al" Thomas Strangi of McKinney, Texas left this world to be with his Father of Creation on January 18, 2019 at the age of 72. He was born April 30, 1946 to Albert Strangi and Genevieve (Crowley) Strangi in Dallas, Texas. Al married the love of his life, Gregory Grey-Strangi on June 29, 2015 in Dallas, Texas. He earned a bachelor degree in marketing at Texas Tech University. Al had a most successful career in Interior Design. He especially enjoyed working in Colorado and Texas. He owned two stores in Crested Butte, Colorado and made quite a name for himself. Al loved doing for others. He took great pride in helping his fellowman. He left his mark where ever he was present. What style and what creativity. He is survived by his dedicated and loving husband of 34 years, Gregory Strangi of McKinney, Texas; sisters, Rosalie Gulig and husband, Michael of Waco, Texas and Jeanne Brown of Plano, Texas; and brother, John Strangi and partner John Castagna of West Palm Beach, Florida. Al was preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Genevieve Strangi. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 22, 2019 at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Allen, Texas. Interment is to follow at Ridgeview Memorial Park in Allen, Texas. The family will receive friends during a visitation on Monday evening from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials may be made to the at www.nationalkidneycenter.org.
