HOPKINS, Becky Jane Barron Becky Jane Barron Hopkins age 79, passed into the presence of her Savior on December 28, 2018. She was a resident in the Dallas Metroplex since 1955, a graduate of Sunset High School and attended the University of Texas in Austin, Brookhaven Community College in Dallas, and Northlake College in Irving. She was employed as a secretary in private practice accounting and law firms until 1997. In 1999, she obtained her Texas real estate license and was a residential agent with Century 21 Judge Fite Company. During her real estate career, she received the Century 21 Service and Pinnacle Quality Service Awards, based on customer service performance reviews and the Dene Fite Quality Service Award. She retired from real estate in 2013. Becky surrendered her life to Jesus Christ in 1975 and was baptized in 1976. She served in music prison aftercare and ESL ministries. Becky is survived by her husband of 58 years, David, son Brian, daughter -in-law Andrea, sister Linda Tyler, lifelong friend Jane Davis, and many other family and friends. Becky has been approved by the Willed Body Program at UT Southwestern Medical School. Memorial Service will be Saturday, January 5, 2019 at 10:30 am at Town North PCA Church, 1776 N. Plano Road Richardson, TX 75081.
