Former office manager for Newsweek, Livingston
Dolores Helen Verzi, (nee Castaldo), 90, of East Hanover, N.J., formerly of West Orange, N.J., passed peacefully on Satur
day, Dec. 29, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.
Visiting will be held on Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019, at The Dangler Funeral Home of West Orange, 340 Main St., in West Orange, from 4 to 8 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be offered on Friday, Jan. 4, 2019, at St. Rose of Lima Church, 312 Ridgedale Ave. in East Hanover at 11 a.m. Interment will follow at Gate of Heaven Cemetery in East Hanover. Dolores was born and raised in Orange, N.J., and lived in West Orange, before moving to East Hanover. She was the office manager for Newsweek in Livingston, N.J.
Dolores was the beloved wife of the late Anthony "Big T" Verzi; devoted mother of Joanne Reffie, Robert Verzi and his wife, Eva, Sandra Verzi, Lorie Italiano, and the late Tony "Little T' Verzi, and cherished grandmother of Michael, Jessica, and Melissa.
