A celebration of his life will be held Wednesday, 11 a.m., at Whigham Funeral Home, 580 Dr. Martin L. King Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J. Interment is in Fairmount Cemetery, Newark, N.J.
Born in Lafayette, Ala., he was a resident of Newark, N.J.
He was the beloved husband of Yvonne Tucker; devoted father of Henry Lee Tucker Jr. (Robin), Linda L., and Darlene Tucker; dear son of the late Rufus and Jennie Tucker; cherished grandfather of 12; great-grandfather of 27, and is survived by a host of other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by 16 brothers, and seven sisters.
