Barbara R. Parisi, 67, of Rahway, N.J., entered into eternal rest on Friday, Jan. 11, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the visitation at the Walter Johnson Funeral Home, 803 Raritan Rd., Clark, N.J., on Tuesday, Jan. 15, from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral will begin on Wednesday at the funeral home at 8:30 a.m., thence to St. John Vianney RC Church, Colonia, N.J., where a Funeral Mass will be offered at 9:30 a.m. Entombment will follow in St. Gertrude Cemetery, Colonia. Barbara was born in Elizabeth, N.J., and raised in Clark. She lived in Avenel, N.J.,prior to moving to Rahway 45 years ago. Barbara was a secretary for the Clark Board of Education at Arthur L. Johnson High School for 29 years.
Barbara was predeceased by her father, Joseph Grabowski. She is survived by her beloved husband of 47 years, Donald G. Parisi; her devoted children, Stacy Estelle and her husband, Rob and Anthony Parisi; her loving mother, Dorothy Mary (Horre) Grabowski, and her dear sisters, Joan Rojek and her husband, Richard, and Mary Grabowski.
