Graham Lindsay Judd (Toby), formerly of Guarlford Court, Guarlford, Worcestershire, died peacefully, aged 92, on 27 January 2019. Former Chairman of Worcestershire Health Authority, and County and District Councillor. Much-loved husband of Margaretha, father and grandfather.
