Agnes Marylee Proctor of Upper Marlboro, MD passed on December 22, 2018 at the age of 86. Beloved wife of the late John A. Proctor; devoted mother of Patrick Proctorstein, Vincent Conway Proctor, Andre Proctor, Phillip Barry Proctor, Maria A. "Toni" Westhall, Phyllis "Jackie" Washington and the late James Martin Proctor. Also survived by a brother, sisters, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Viewing will be held at Most Holy Rosary Church, St. Joseph Center, 11704 Duley Station Rd., Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 on Friday, January 11 at 9:30 a.m. with a Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 11 a.m. Interment following in Resurrection Cemetery.
