COURY, AMELIA, Our Beloved Mother and Grandmother, Amelia Jamail Coury , 101, passed away on January 6th, 2019. She was born into a large, loving family in Houston, Texas on December 31st, 1917. She met and married her only love George Coury and they shared many adventures before moving to Miami in 1946. It was here, they raised their 2 cherished daughters, and became active in their church, community and many charitable organizations. She is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Coury Bell (Patrick), and predeceased by her daughter Patricia Coury Lawrence (Michael). She is also survivied by 9 loving grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great grandsons, her sister Victoria Hagale and many nieces and nephews. A special Thank You to the lovely ladies of Visiting Angels. Visitation will be from 6-8pm Thursday, January 10th at Stanfill Funeral Home. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10:30am on Friday, January 11th at Epiphany Catholic Church, 8235 SW 57 Avenue. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Park North.
