Sir Robert Delpech passed away peacefully on 8th February aged 97. Former High Commissioner for Seychelles, he served in the Royal Navy & RAF. He will be missed by his children, Roger, Simon, Dominique and stepdaughter Sarah . He outlived two wives; Marjorie and Valerie. Funeral Service on Wednesday 26th February, at Parc Gwyn Crematorium, Narbeth, at 2.30pm.
