Charles Cann Jr. made his transition on March 5, 2020.
Charles was the beloved uncle of Mary Barnett, Daniel Gibson Jr., Charles Gibson, Latarra Lowe, Denise Chapman, Leslie Thompson and Roberta Chambers. He is also survived by a host of great- and great-great nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
A celebration of his life will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. at Whigham Funeral Home, 580 Dr. MLK Jr. Blvd., Newark, N.J., with interment in Rosehill Cemetery, Linden, N.J. Visitation is Saturday from 9 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.
