Alfred Clayton "Clay" Armstrong, III, finished his race and went home to The Lord on March 7, 2020. Clay, age 67, was born in Dallas, and passed away at his home in Mesquite. He married Sally Surrey in 1975 for 39 years, and had 4 sons. He was a worship leader and talented musician who loved The Lord with all of his heart. Clay was preceded in death by his son Colin Armstrong, and is survived by sons Jeff Armstrong & wife Terry, Nathan Armstrong, Kelly Armstrong & wife Lauren; grandchildren Rachel Armstrong, Emmaline Armstrong, Aaron Armstrong, and Elijah Henriksen; sister Holly White & husband Jeff; nephew Caleb White, nieces Kylie del Bosque and Kelsey White. A memorial service will be held on Saturday March 14, 2020 at 1:00 PM at New Horizon Vineyard Church, 4301 Dalrock Rd, Rowlett, TX 75088
