LOWE--Albert W., 92, passed into eternal life on February 21st in Laguna Hills, CA. He is survived by his wife Mary (Huvane); daughters Grace Russak (Ken), Diane Desrosier (John); son Adam Lowe, ten grandchildren and a great-grandson. He served in the United States Army during WWII and was a graduate of Columbia University. As a management consultant, his work took him and his family to many countries in Europe and South America.
