Clarence H. Phoenix (Age 71)  
Passed away on February 26, 2020, in Washington, DC. He was a beloved husband and father and is survived by his wife, Annette; his daughters Alesa Moore, Vilisa Brown, Dolly, Dorothy, and Candyce Phoenix; and many other family and friends. On Friday, March 6, 2020 from 10 a.m. until Memorial Service at 11 a.m. friends may visit with the family at Marshall-March Funeral Home of Maryland, 4308 Suitland Rd., Suitland, MD.
