CORBY, Alex Alex Corby was born on June 22, 1935 in the Ukraine to Abraham and Galina Korobov. He went to University and studied mechanical engineering before meeting his wife Marta and having children, Inga and Victor. The family immigrated to the U.S in 1978 and settled in Carrollton, Texas, where he continued his engineering career and owned several businesses. He was an amateur boxer in his early life, and enjoyed reading and cooking in his spare time. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Inga and his wife, Marta. He is survived by his brother, Eric and his wife as well as their children, his son, Victor, daughter-in-law Siiri, and his grandchildren Arye and Skylar.
