Loving mother and grandmother, Mass is on Thursday
Anna M Varner, 88, of Glen Gardner, N.J., passed peacefully on Friday, Dec. 6, 2019, at her home surrounded by her family.
Anna was born April 28, 1931, in Summit, N.J. She was the daughter of the late Fred and the late Margaret (DeCelles) Cardone. She was predeceased by her beloved husband, Daniel H. Varner, in 2001.
Anna is survived by her loving daughter, Mary Ellen D'Ambly and her husband, William, of Glen Gardner, N.J.: grandchildren, Darin and Miranda; her brother, Anthony Cardone and his wife, Jo Ann, of New Hampshire and their children, Kellie and Kerri.
Relatives and friends may gather with the family on Wednesday, Dec. 11, 2019, from 4 to 7 p.m. at the Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, N.J. 08809. A Mass of Christian Burial will be offered on Thursday, Dec. 12, at 10 a.m. at St. John Neumann Church, 398 County Road 513, Califon, N.J. Cremation will follow privately.
