Ann Marie (Hayko) Huntz passed away peacefully in her Long Valley, N.J., home on Oct. 31, 2019, surrounded by her loving family.
Ann Marie was born in Wyoming, Pa. on Aug. 13, 1933 to Anna and Joseph Hayko. She married her high school sweetheart, Daniel Huntz, with whom she spent 70 happy years. Together, they had four children, nine grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Anne Marie worked for 37 years as a teacher of Home Economics & Child Development at Piscataway High School before her retirement in 1992.
Ann Marie is survived by husband Daniel Huntz; brothers, Richard and Joseph Hayko; sister Doris Borosky; children, Carol Frezza, Marie Lewis, Daniel Huntz, Jr., Kathleen Kavanaugh; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by granddaughter Kimberly Lewis.
