COLLINS, Carl Baxter 79, passed away on August 15th, 2019. He was born on March 4th, 1940 in San Antonio, Texas. He graduated from University of Texas at Austin, where he also received his PhD in Physics. He was a professor and researcher at the University of Texas at Dallas. He is survived by his wife, Doina Collins, of 45 years, by daughter, Jean Scott, and sons, Carl Lane Collins, and Jack Scott Collins. Three of his children passed away before him, daughter Ann, and sons, Carl Baxter Collins III, and Jefferey Thomas Collins. A memorial service will be held Wednesday the 21st at the Abbey Chapel at Restland.
